Paul (Tony) Matthews has been in the masonry business since 1975. His experience includes 8 years as a Journeyman Bricklayer, 6 years as a Masonry Estimator, and 3 years as Vice President/Estimator of a large masonry firm in Southern Maryland. Since 1992 he has been Owner/President of Matthews & Pierce Masonry, Inc.

Ronald (Ronnie) Heath has been in the masonry field since 1984. His experience includes 2 years of masonry vocational school; 3 years as a certified apprentice; 3 years as a journeyman bricklayer; and 18 years as a masonry foreman/QC representative. Mr. Heath has been with Matthews & Pierce, Masonry, Inc., since 1993.

All foremen with Matthews & Pierce Masonry, Inc., have a minimum of 15 year's experience running work sites. Each has had OSHA/MOSH Safety training, first aid and CPR training, and has been certified in the the safe operation of rough terrain forklifts and all types of scaffolding. Our foremen are required to provide frequent updates to management to ensure the high quality, peak performance, and schedule awareness that makes

job a success.
